Hey guys!  Today I'm going to review a shampoo that I've been using for the past little while and let me tell you, this is something you do not want to miss out on!

Curly Wurly is a targeting shampoo for people who have curly hair, however I would recommend this shampoo to anybody who loves coconut and treating your hair with a lot of love!

This shampoo only comes in one size of 220g, for anybody who is familiar with Lush products is the larger container, for an outstanding price of $26.95CAD before taxes.  The Lush shop that I was in had one on display and I could smell the coconut from a mile away.  I had to have it even at that price.  Being skeptical on whether I've wasted my money or not, I would soon find out.

The directions are right on the container but the amount of what you use be adjusted to your length and thickness of hair.  I wasn't sure what a 'small amount' meant to Lush.  I then started experimenting with it and now what I do is use 2 fingers as a scoop and gather I would say about a tablespoon of the product and lather into my head completely.  I found that you don't get a really big lather but that doesn't affect the performance.
Pro tip: to expand the life of your product, wash your hair every second or third day or use it once a week while using regular shampoo the other days.

The smell of your hair when you get out is so great that I don't want to mix it with any of the oils I put in after, and sometimes I actually don't.  Once my hair is dried, the coconut smell is still there!  Amazing!
I'll pair Curly Wurly with any conditioner I'm using at the time, currently I'm using Whole Blends conditioner in coconut water and vanilla milk and I'll use a generous amount with it.
One thing I didn't notice from this shampoo though is that I don't see much difference in my curls.  I'm not sure if this is the shampoo or that my hair is so long and it's weighing down and spreading out my curls.  This doesn't affect my overall rating as that's not the reason why I bought it.

One thing I was actually quite skeptical about before actually buying the shampoo was how am I going to get the coconut out?!  I had just one idea and if that didn't work, well I was stuck with coconut chunks in my hair until they fell out naturally(which could take forever).  My brilliant idea was to use my detangling hair brush directly out of the shower to get the coconut out.  Could you believe it actually worked!  I allow my hair to air dry and I've only once or twice noticed a few stray coconut chunks.

Pros:

• Moisturizing
• Great smell
• Shine
• Coconut
• Doesn't require a whole lot of product
• Versatile for different hair types
• Makes your hair clean and fresh
  

Cons:

• Coconut chunks could be hard to get out
• Pricey

I've had Curly Wurly for about a month now and have gotten approximately a third of the way through it.  This means that I should be able to make a container last around 3 months.  With a ratio on the price and how long I'll have it until it runs out and the quality I would say that it is definitely worth the extra money.  I think I've found my shampoo for life!

Back in December I received a gift card to Victoria's Secret! I'm not big on lingerie or bras (as I don't wear bras) but I do love their body care lines and decided to spend my whole entire gift card on them.

When I went in the mall to buy my lotions back in January, I wasn't sure what I was going to find and what I was going to pick up. I went to one of the largest Victoria's Secret in the city of Vancouver and to be honest they didn't have a wide variety of their body care products. There was a whole entire area dedicated to it but I guess because they were switching products for the season there wasn't much to choose from.

When I went in I wasn't even sure what I was looking for. So I started browsing around and found the Fantasies Fragrance Collection and I was immediately drawn to them by their sweet but somewhat 'spicy' smell.

The fragrances I got were Dream, Coconut Passion, Passion Struck, Rush, and Exotic. 

Out of all of them I would have to say Coconut Passion and Exotic are my favourites out of the five that I got. Coconut Passion has the nice smell of coconut with a hint of a grapeseed and vanilla to it which is reaaaally unique. I try not to use that one as much because I love it soooo much but it's so hard to resist!

Exotic is velvety and enticing made with sea salt and iris, which I also don't like to use a lot of unless I'm feeling sexy or want to have more of a mature smell on my skin besides the fruity scents that I'm usually drawn to.

To be honest without the fragrances I wouldn't buy these lotions. They are average at best. I only use these after my showers and they do the trick, but it's more so for normal skin and not something you'd put on dry, flaky skin. I don't think the fragrance would be good for really dry skin and would stick to something more natural with less chemicals and more with essential oils.

Other than that, I can't get enough of the smells and they would be great for date meeting friends, going out for dinner or a night on the town! They're great if you don't want that overly perfume-y smell (which sometimes even drives me crazy even though I'M the one who's wearing the perfume).

Hey, and 5 for $35 isn't a bad deal!

Hi there PYMUO followers! How is everyone doing today?

Today I will be going over my every day skin care routine. It's super easy. It only has two products and two steps. This is excluding SPF which I highly recommend after you wash your face in the morning! But as we all know, that's beauty care 101 so I don't feel like I should mention it.

The very first product I use is coconut oil. Coconut oil is great for many things such as...

• cracked and dry lips
• softening the skin
• cracked and dry feet
• skins disorders such as psoriasis, acne, and eczema
• treating minor infections

It is also an AMAZING make up remover! Even with extremely dark makeup I don't have to stand in front of the mirror for very long because it is SO effective and cheap (it even takes off your hard to remove mascara!!!).

The second product I use is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil has anti-fungal properties and helps with...

• acne, dark spots, and blemishes
• fungal and bacterial infections 
• minor cuts, wounds, warts, ringworm, insect bites, rashes
• dandruff
• healing piercings
• soothing nickel allergies and other allergic reactions
• cure for dry skin when mixed with a moisturizer

Be careful not to put it around your eye area as it can be a little overwhelming, and never put tea tree oil by itself on your face unless you are tackling a zit or a pimple.

Also, please do not use a lot of coconut oil. Using excessive amounts of coconut oil will make you break out. What I do is gently swipe my finger into the oil, because I found putting too much will suffocate the skin and we don't want excess oil.


STEP ONE

Apply a dime size amount of coconut oil onto the palm of your hand and rub it into your palm. Rub your hands for one second under warm water, then apply to the face. I like to take my time getting every area of my skin, and even my neck. When you put the coconut oil on it will feel like a slippery film is on your face. This is normal.

STEP TWO

Now rinse your face with warm water. I don't rinse as much as I would with a cleanser, as I want some coconut oil to remain on my face.
Pat your face dry. Put one drop of tea tree oil on your palm and rub together. Pat on the face.

And you are done! That is my skin care routine.
After only a week I noticed a huge difference in the way my face looks after using coconut and tea tree oil. These are the things that I notice most:

• super soft skin
• redness in the cheeks are gone
• no breakouts 
• i look less tired
• acne scars slowly fading away
• skin lightening

Play around with the amount of oils needed for your face. Each and every one of us has different skin. I highly recommend this skin care regime, and you can use it on your back, or anywhere else on your body if you have acne! You can also leave out the tea tree oil and just use coconut oil to moisturize your hands, elbows, feet and even really dry hair. Don't be afraid to experiment with coconut oil!

Hi guys! I'm going to start posting more reviews and thought posts on Kbeauty again so I can get the products from the Roseroseshop hauls back in spring reviewed up. Today I'm going to be reviewing Etude House's Scrub Massage Oil Gel in the Sunshine Spoon collection.  That was a mouthful.

Each packet has 2 usages in them. I decided to review the oil gel from the collection first because it's coconut as well as a gel which I didn't know what to expect.  Before I had even opened it, I thought this would be really oily kind of like a liquid and not adhere to my face at all.

Turns out, this is more of a gel-like substance that goes on nicely with a subtle hint of coconut.  There are also capsules in the gel which are supposed to provide vitamins for your skin.

I suppose this gel pack could be used as a mask or used just as a facial cleanser.  I decided to use this as a mask and keep it on for about half an hour.  I do find this to be fairly oily, try not to touch your face too much or you will get oil everywhere!

Pros

• Subtle coconut smell
• Skin sensitive
• Gel-like texture
• Can be used as a scrub or mask
• Great for winter

Cons

• Oily

Overall I really enjoyed this mask.  My personal results were fairly decent.  I noticed more color in my skin, it looked brighter.  The oil didn't give me any breakouts either!

Because it is so oily, if you have naturally oily skin I would use this just as a cleanser so it's not on your face for a long period of time. Over all, I wouldn't recommend this to people who already have oily skin,.  I love how the coconut is very subtle and it is also skin sensitive.  The best time to wear this mask would more than likely be in the colder weather when your skin is extremely dry and peeling (gross!).  What this mask really did for me was revive my skin and put a lot of moisture in.  After it was rinsed off, my face wasn't oily at all.

~Let's go to the beach each~

 

I figured it's best to do this summer type post before summer is over.  Better late than never, right?  These are a few of my essential items that I would take to the beach.

What I have in the background is a beach blanket from Victoria Secret which will be useful for when you want to lay in the sand, it will also double up as a carrier for everything when you're ready to head home!  I love multi-use items.  Along with a beach blanket you will more than likely need a towel.

The first thing you absolutely cannot forget is sunscreen!  Mine is very light because I like to tan.. well burn first then tan.  Also Hawaiian Tropic has got to be the best smelling sunscreen lotion you can find. 

If you're near any woodsy areas or anything it's best to buy bug spray because we don't want any unwanted insects.

Even though we are surrounded by water, it is an absolute must to keep dehydrated, not only at the beach but at all times. It's particularly important to stay hydrated under the sun to prevent sun stroke. Water is the best form of hydration possible.   You can also bring some extra flavoring if you don't like water alone.

It's great to have some fun and entertainment while you're out with friends which is why I have included a little portable speaker so your music can project around surrounding areas.  Be sure to be thoughtful of other parties around you as well though!
I have included sunglasses as well to protect your eyes from the sun's UV rays.
*One other thing that would have been in this picture was going to be lip chap.  This is just as important as water and sunglasses to keep your lips hydrated!

The next 2 items aren't necessarily essentials but extras. These are both luminizing body butters by Pacifica. This brand is known for being vegan and 100% cruelty free.
These body butters serve the purpose of smelling absolutely wonderful all over your skin as well as leaving shimmery pearl all over your body.  This will then reflect from the sun and make you look beautiful!

This one is the Shimmer and Glow.  As you can tell it is extremely subtle on the skin but is there.  A little will go a very long way and I will recommend washing your hands after application as your hands will be transformed.

The Sun-kissed glow is actually way more golden than this picture is suggesting.  From my experience, this doesn't necessarily make your skin look more 'sun kissed' rather than have golden glitters all over.

The both of these are fairly noticeable in the sun but I would have to say that the gold tone is the most noticeable.  If I were to choose a favorite between the two it would definitely be the silver one because it's subtle and angelic all at the same time.

Okaaay maybe not but what I do have are a few products of the most amazing scent ever, can you guess what that is??? no?? What's that, you want me to tell you? Well don't mind if I do, it's COCONUT!!!! Bet you couldn't figure that one out on your own now could ya!

Okay, let's get into it.

Going into Victoria's Secret I had actually no intentions on buying anything but the second I got a whiff of this body lotion, I had to have it!  This is more of an artificial sweeter coconut smell that lingers for a while after having it on.  Not only do I absolutely love the smell, it will soak right up into your  skin without leaving it greasy.  There's nothing more that I hate from a body lotion that leaves my skin greasy.  It's good for dry skin as it's extremely hydrating and moisturizing as well. This retails at $15CAD, which is an affordable price but could easily go for $10.  I'll give this product a 4.5/5 because there really is nothing wrong with it apart from being just slightly overpriced. 

I ordered this face mask from Roseroseshop back in the fall.  I've only used it a handful of times but out of those times I'm impressed with the way it had worked.  It comes with a sanitizer stick to keep product as free of bacteria as possible.  It has a liquid-like texture that just a small layer will rub onto your skin and it will be enough for one usage.  This has real coconut in with the face mask and I find it smells more true to coconut as well. There is a packaging error in this and I find that it is where the downfall lies.  Because it has a seal lock, you can't get any air in it and the product gets stuck in between the seal and the actual container, making it really difficult to get the seal in and the lid on top of that!  Overall I give this product a 3.5/5.  I wish I could give it more but other than the smell, which does linger throughout the day as well.. doesn't really do anything too fancy for me. 

I just recently found this treatment and hadn't completely finished my post so it's going on here!

You have the option to heat your oil treatment in the microwave or in boiling water.  I chose the microwave option to save time.  Initially I put it in for 20seconds but opted to do an extra 10 as it wasn't as warm as I'd like.  After being completely liquidified, I soaked my dry hair with it completely.  It is suggested to keep the treatment in for a minimum of 45 minutes but for best results to leave it in overnight.  I opted to keep it in overnight, obviously.  In the morning rinsed it off, using only conditioner.  This was my first mistake and it didn't come out all the way.  I say that was a mistake but in the longer run it wasn't because the oils were still working even after the fact.  So 3 days later, I finally had time to get all of the oils out.
Out of all 3 of these, this treatment had the most realistic smell of coconut.  It was really sweet and smelled so strong and I just wanted to have a pina colada.  However, the smell didn't last very long and was nearly completely gone by the first morning.
One package did my entire head fairly thoroughly so it will go a long way.  If you have short hair you could somehow store the oil somewhere and use it two or three times!
The end results were amazing, my hair was so shiny, and felt really really healthy.  I loved this oil treatment and will probably continue using it.

I had purchased this bath essence as my friend told me that it was really good, also not to mention the 'smell me' bit before you open it was pretty much irresistible. Even with the package being opened it the smell is still as strong if not stronger as it was unopened.  It smells of coconut and I think a hint of some sort of flower maybe(?) It's a very dull orange type of essence, once dispensed into the tub, it didn't change the color of the water and the scent was not as strong.  However, the package said this is enough product for one use in which I only read after the fact and used half of the product.  Either way I don't think that would have much of an effect on how this product worked.  With that being said, I didn't find that it made my skin relaxed very well.  If nourishing falls under the category of giving my skin some smoothness to it I think that fulfilled it's purpose in that respect.

Basically, the selling points in this product is the way it smells before being put into the tub, because it smells AMAZING!  However, I probably wouldn't repurchase this again unless I were to use it all in one setting and hope for a better affect.

Name: Etude House A-Z (Q)10

Purpose: Contains Coenzymes that helps to protect the skin's natural elasticity to enhance a firm complexion with a healthy glow.

Scent: Very fruity, pineapple (?)

Essence: Dripping abundance

Thoughts: About 5 minutes in, I am feeling a tingly sensation.  This tells me that it is supposed to be doing its job.

Rating: 5/5.  I gave this mask a total rating because it did exactly as it was supposed to do.  My skin feels a lot more firmer.  My cheeks are still red but I find most face masks don't reduce my redness but inhance it..  which to me is a bad thing but they all seem to make my cheeks redder.  Before this mask, my face was extremely dry and flaking in some spots.  After this mask, it all seemed to go away.  My face feels softer than it was before so that is why I gave it a 5/5 because not only did it attain its properties, it exceeded them.

So since I was tickled pink from my first Roserose haul I decided to do another one! Before we jump into the goodies I just want to make an update on my opinion on the website.  First time around I  had stated that it was super user friendly, maybe that's partially due to me spending hours upon hours browsing. I had mentioned that their currency is in USD, so if you are paying from North America make sure to do your currency so you know the exact total.  Also on top of that there is some sort of extra fee of around $2.00.  Not entirely sure what that is about, weird!  SO if you try to buy something and don't have enough money on your card you will lose your cart and it won't be paid for! :(  But! there is a way to retrieve it through your 'my accoun' option.  The links won't be there but your item description will be so you will need to search the products, which kinda sucks.

The package came in good shape and well wrapped. I took the face masks out. lots of goodies in here that's for sure!

This order was basically two orders just shipped in one box so they gave me three sample packs!

 Before I get started into the regular products I want to get all of the masks out of the way (there's a lot!)

 These piggy masks came in packs of 10, I bought them all because how can you resist that packaging.. like for real now? It's too adorable to pass up, much like most of the Asian products.
The green pig is aimed for pore tightening.  On the packaging it says, "Collagen which has excellent effect to the sleek skin decorate beautiful and confident skin.  Also, provide the moisture and nutrition to the skin by containing E.G.F, promote the elasticity, help to keeps the moist skin."
The red pig is aimed for wrinkles.  The packaging says, "Abundant nutrition supply make the skin moisturized by containing collagen and keep always vibrant skin and sleekly by containing wrinkle improvement raw material and hyaluronic acid of natural extract.  Also, it help to soothing action and excellent moisturizing effect by containing collagen."
The blue pig is aimed for moisture.  The packaging says, "Collagen which as excellent effect to the sleek skin decorate beautiful and confident skin.  It makes the sin moisturized for a long time as abundant moisture sensation by containing collagen."
Lastly, the orange pig is aimed for Trouble Care.  The packaging says, "Maximize whitening effect for darkish and sombre skin by containing vitamin and keep the balance of oil and moisture of sensitive skin."
Lots of collagen induced masks.  Some words I am not sure the definition of but I'm sure it is good for you skin!  On the pack the instructions are in Korean I believe.. correct me if I'm wrong, but they have generously added pictures for us to follow.  I will give them an A for trying to get our grammar right. haha.

I purchased 2 more 10 packs of masks because they were on sale.  If you're wondering why your shipping is so expensive, it is probably due to the masks.  Snail mask sheet because it's something new and my Secret Key Snail cream from my last haul is now all used up! Also the collagen mask sheet because I feel as though Collagen is really good for you.

This packaging is absolutely gorgeous! The pearl mask sheet is directed towards a bright complexion with a pearl extract containing amino acids and minerals.  The Vita Complex mask is directed for radiating skin with vitamins aimed towards making your skin a healthy natural glow.

Next I got a bamboo mask sheet, again just something new to try, we will see how it turns out.

 I bought three more of the sleeping creams just because they are just so cute.  I didn't find the last sleeping cream to do very much to my skin but I enjoyed the process and liked the fact that I was pampering myself just that little bit more, so I went ahead and bought these ones.  I do think they are very cute.

Raelene had ordered these Avocado seed hair masks and was raving about them so I went

 ahead and ordered a pack of them myself.  Stay tuned for a collab review post on this item!

 

Despite not knowing what the tiny liquid bottle is used for, I went ahead and ordered another Killing Me Zombie Fuchsia color by Welcos Merit.  I do thoroughly enjoy my Coral lip gloss.  I had also bought Argan oil by Welcos Merit in my last roserose haul and REALLLY like that argan oil.  So far I would have to say that this is my favorite Korean brand yet.  And it is going to be a hard one to top as well.

 Since this was 2 orders in one box, on my first order I bought samples of the Zombie CC cream.  Once I realized how big my second purchase was I just decided to go ahead and put the full product in as well.  So here are 2 sample sizes of this product and the full size which also comes with a sample size.  Lots of CC cream to go around.  Thank god the company is Welcos Merit, I have high expectations for you!  I'm sure you won't let me down though.  Can we just take a moment and appreciate this packaging. eee~ it's so pretty!!

I bought the InnisFree Green tea Mineral Mist for over your face if your skin is feeling a little dry for some extra moisture. You can use this product with or without makeup.  Spray directly on your face with eyes closed!

 I bought Tony Moly moisture cream.  This product has a lot of water extracts which I like, less chemicals the better in my opinion.  It doesn't really smell like anything in particular but when you apply and rub it in it immediately soaks right into your skin.  This product is pretty phenomenal for a hand cream, nothing I have ever seen before.  I would most definitely purchase this again, even a full sized bottle.

 TonyMoly Pandas eye brightening base.  Can we just take a moment and appreciate the cute packaging, once again! oh my gosh!!!  Not only is the packaging cute it also came with a seal before use which is always good and sanitary in my books.  The main reason I bought this was because of the packaging.  I tried using it while doing my makeup but couldn't figure out whether to use it before my foundation or after! Help!!!

I bought ten sample packs of the Etude House Precious Mineral BB cream cotton fit.  I'm hoping this will work pretty good for me.

Sample sizes of Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen Cream.  These samples are fairly generous with 10ml worth of product filled right to the rim.  

 Secret Key Snow White whitening cream.  This cream comes with a sanitary spatula for clean application, as well as a cover for prevention of bacteria to get in.  Basically this product is supposed to help make your skin look healthier.  The packaging has a paragraph explaining what it does. I did use all of my Secret Key Snail gel up so we will just wait and see what this product has in store for me!

A'pieu Smart Speeder Stick Foundation.  I will be implementing this into my makeup routine as I use foundation sticks before anything to rid my red spots!  I've used this a few times already and I know that it will make a great replacement from my almost empty foundation stick that I use currently.

 I love anything scented coconut! It was a no brainer when I seen this coconut face mask.  It comes with a spatula applicator that is a bendy rubber type thing as well as a lid to protect from bacteria and such.  I think that is such a great idea! More companies should implement things like that into their products.  The smell is as I had predicted nothing short of amazing.  The product has little flakes of coconut in it and has a creamy texture to it.  What you do is apply this to your face, wait about 10-20 minutes while I tend to wait as long as I want to (averaged to an hour) then wash it off.  Who doesn't want their face to smell like coconut?  I could just eat it! yummy product.

I have been concentrating a lot on my hair as of recently so it also comes to no surprise that I ordered another hair mask.  This Argan mask you are supposed to put in after your shampoo, get out of the shower put the mask on and wait about a half an hour then go BACK into the shower to rinse it off.  Nowadays who actually has the time to be doing stuff like that?  I know I don't!  I brought it upon myself to make my own directions for this product.  If I am going to be having a shower in the morning I will apply a little bit to my dry hair and leave it in all night then hop in the shower in the morning.  It all works the same way in my opinion.  If you have any more suggestions on how to use just any type of hair mask feel free to shoot them our way!  We are always interested in knowing new and improved beauty routines.

Well there you have it!  My second Roseroseshop haul. I love this company so much.  The communication with them is excellent, especially if you are talking to them via Facebook. I couldn't ask for anything better.  Reviews are coming shortly! I promise.
