Welcome to our website !

Back in December I received a gift card to Victoria's Secret! I'm not big on lingerie or bras (as I don't wear bras) but I do love their body care lines and decided to spend my whole entire gift card on them.

When I went in the mall to buy my lotions back in January, I wasn't sure what I was going to find and what I was going to pick up. I went to one of the largest Victoria's Secret in the city of Vancouver and to be honest they didn't have a wide variety of their body care products. There was a whole entire area dedicated to it but I guess because they were switching products for the season there wasn't much to choose from.

When I went in I wasn't even sure what I was looking for. So I started browsing around and found the Fantasies Fragrance Collection and I was immediately drawn to them by their sweet but somewhat 'spicy' smell.

The fragrances I got were Dream, Coconut Passion, Passion Struck, Rush, and Exotic.

Out of all of them I would have to say Coconut Passion and Exotic are my favourites out of the five that I got. Coconut Passion has the nice smell of coconut with a hint of a grapeseed and vanilla to it which is reaaaally unique. I try not to use that one as much because I love it soooo much but it's so hard to resist!

Exotic is velvety and enticing made with sea salt and iris, which I also don't like to use a lot of unless I'm feeling sexy or want to have more of a mature smell on my skin besides the fruity scents that I'm usually drawn to.

To be honest without the fragrances I wouldn't buy these lotions. They are average at best. I only use these after my showers and they do the trick, but it's more so for normal skin and not something you'd put on dry, flaky skin. I don't think the fragrance would be good for really dry skin and would stick to something more natural with less chemicals and more with essential oils.

Other than that, I can't get enough of the smells and they would be great for date meeting friends, going out for dinner or a night on the town! They're great if you don't want that overly perfume-y smell (which sometimes even drives me crazy even though I'M the one who's wearing the perfume).

Hey, and 5 for $35 isn't a bad deal!

I believe these products are no longer available except for the Passion Struck and Exotic on their website.
Initially I was doing my face mask reviews in separate posts but that got boring real quick, then I decided to incorporate them into a post with multiple mini reviews.  That seemed to work but I didn't really like that they were all sparsed out from one another.  Then, I made my own little chart to follow that covered most if not all of what I was rambling on about the masks.  This made it way more easier for me to do my masks and a lot less stressful as well.  Long story short, I apologize for the disaster of face masks and possibly duplicate reviews but this is the last of my face mask reviews, korean ones anyway (; .
Some of these masks have been done already.  Some masks have previously been done but won't be this post simply because I had run out of them.  So, similar to my hair mask post, I will be doing a Korean face mask review post just the same way.

Name: 3W Clinic Fresh Pomegranate
Purpose: A sheet mask that contains pomegranate extracts.  With its excellent cleaning and astringent effects, it will leave our skin looking moisturized and clean.  It will provide a soothing comfort for your skin.
Scent: Very berry
Essence: There's enough essence for a whole use.
Thoughts: My first thought is why is there a 'samsung' symbol on the packaging? lol weird.  From my experience with 3w clinic, well they aren't my favorite and don't seem to do a whole lot for me.  With a really strong berry smell it was almost too overwhelming.  Overall this mask didn't do a whole lot for my face but what it did do was make my skin look a little less dull and clean. I probably wouldn't repurchase but can appreciate the effects it gave me.
Rating: 3/5.

Name: 3W Clinic Fresh Cucumber
Purpose: Leave dry and tired skin looking smooth and moisturized.  Will provide a soothing comfort to your skin.
Scent: mmm it actually does smell like real cucumber
Essence: a lot
Thoughts: This mask went on really well and I can still smell the cucumber after putting it on my face and kept the scent all the way until I took it off. It seems to have a cooling effect all throughout the process as well.
Rating: 3.5/5.  My face feels more firm than anything.  I notice my skin to be a bit smooth as well as moisturized.   The cucumber scent is extremely strong but other than these notes it didn't come across as a miracle worker or anything.

Name: 3W Clinic Fresh Snail
Purpose: To get moisture on the skin without leaving your skin sticky, elasticity skin with snail secretion.
Scent: fruity
Essence: gel-like
Thoughts: While I was taking it out of the package and unwrapping it, I could smell something of wet dog.  Not sure why that was but figured it should be noted.  Almost immediately I feel it tingling on my skin mainly my cheeks as I find them to be extra sensitive as well.  This should be an interesting outcome! I find this mask doesn't lose its essence and really sticks to my face. Upon taking the mask off I am still getting a whiff of wet dog.
Rating: 3.5/5.  Before putting this mask on, my forehead in particular was pretty dry and after there was no dry patches at all!  This is great if you are looking to get moisture back into your skin and I would recommend it for that.  I'm not too sure how I feel about my face smelling like wet dog though, that is a little weird.

Name: NextBeau Elasticity/Collagen
Purpose: Keeping skin vibrant while reducing wrinkles.  Keeps your skin smooth and moisturized with the collagen.
Scent: Orange-like
Essence: Perfect amount, not too little not too much.
Thoughts: I really liked this face mask.  I have used this face mask before and didn't notice much of a difference but this time my face was looking pretty gnarly and I wasn't expecting a whole lot but I was actually blown away with the results here.  This made my skin have a nice glowy complexion as well as attack all of my blemishes very nicely!  Considering there were a lot of them it took care of most if not all to its best ability.  I couldn't have asked for more really.
Rating:5/5.  I realllly like this mask! Maybe my second favorite one.

Name: NextBeau Collagen/moisture
Purpose: To make the skin moisturized.
Scent: Fresh, water-like.
Essence: Liquid-like and ample enough to soak in the skin well.
Thoughts: This might actually be one of my favorite masks going, especially for winter time when the air is really dry!  This mask is my go-to when I need moisture in my skin or if it's dry because this is the full package.  Not only does this moisturize my skin it also gives me life and a healthy natural glow.
Rating: 5/5. I love this mask, absolutely nothing bad to say about it!

Name: NextBeau Vitamin/Collagen
Purpose:Whitening affect for darkish and combre skin.  Balancing the oil and moisture of sensitive skin.
Scent: Orange/Tangerine
Essence: A perfect amount.
Thoughts:This mask has a very subtle scent that I actually can't even smell when put on.  It doesn't tingle or anything, the only way I can tell that I actually have a mask on is from the dampness of the essence.
Rating: 4/5.  I really love how this made my skin brighter and clear.  However, it felt like there were extremely tiny bumps all over my skin, it left kind of a weird feeling....maybe that's because I didn't wash the excess off afterwards, oops..  That's just me being lazy.

Name: NextBeau E.G.F Collagen
Purpose: Provides moisture and nutrition as well as keeping the elasticity and moist skin.
Scent: fruity
Essence: Enough to go through my whole face and extra in the package.
Thoughts: I found this hard to unfold and place on my face.  Leaving this on my face for about 40 minutes(maybe too long) and then rinsing the essence off right after.  Actually not doing anything for me except leaving blemishes on my face.
Rating: 1/5.  This actually made my face worse.

Name:Etude House It's Real Carrot
Purpose: Formulated with real carrot to provide a brightening effect.
Scent: I can smell chemicals more than carrots.
Essence: A lot of essence, almost too much.
Thoughts: Upon first opening the mask, I notice that there is a lining on it, confusing me on which one to actually use on my face.  Seeing as though the directions are in Korean, I went with the cloth mask.  There was so much essence on this mask that I was rubbing it on my arms as well and even after that I was trying to find places to put the excess.  After applying, I read the back and it did say to take the lining off for application in English.  The mask itself isn't very form fitting.  The nose part is too long and the part between the mouth and nose isn't big enough.  It also doesn't have the flexibility as other masks would.
Rating: 1/5. Immediate results were that instead of brightening, it actually made not only my cheeks more red but also the rest of my face.  After a few minutes I noticed that right below my cheeks was starting to turn a little bit purple, and coming out spotty.  This is very weird and I wouldn't want anyone to look like that.

Name:Etude House A-Z (M)ango
Purpose: Provides firm and healthy skin, very nourishing.
Scent: Mango
Essence: The essence was milky instead of being clear like every other face mask I've used.  The texture was pretty thick as well, it wasn't runny at all!
Thoughts: I found this to be difficult to get apart, maybe had something to do with the essence-doesn't mean anything just an observation.  When removing the mask, my face smells pretty fruity and also there was still quite a bit of essence left.
Rating: 2/5.  Honestly, this wasn't anything special, in fact it left my face to be pretty red and enhanced the red spots.  Not really impressed with this face mask.

Name:Etude House A-Z (V)ita Complex
Purpose: Purify and brighten up dull skin for a healthy natural glow.  To radiate skin.
Scent: A very light scent of berries.
Essence: A little over average amount.
Thoughts: I didn't have any issues putting this mask on or the essence running all over the place either even throughout the wait period the essence is staying in place.  Earlier in the day I got a cat scratch on my face and forgotten about it otherwise I wouldn't have put it on my face to begin with but it isn't irritating the scratch at all, bonus points!
Rating: 5/5.  My face was extremely red and had a few blemishes prior to this face mask so I wasn't expecting it to make my face flawless however my face is now really smooth, most of the redness went away and it made my face more bright!  I couldn't really ask for more.

Name: Baroness Collagen mask sheet
Purpose: Restores moisture, elasticity, reduce fine lines and diminish signs of aging.  Making your complexion appear fresher, cleaner and more youthful.
Scent: Fresh, sweet and fruity
Essence: A lot of essence but not so much that it is dripping.
Thoughts: After taking the mask off, it had absorbed into most of my face with essence left over in some spots.  My face is now feeling fresh, full of moisture and not as dry due to the winter season.
Rating: 5/5.  I have no reason to put any less on this mask.  Served its purpose and smells nice.

Face masks are not only great for your skin but also an awesome way to just relax and destress from a hectic day!  You can use them in your bath while you're soaking in some bath salts as well, two birds with one stone, right? All of these masks are paraben free as well.

I love peel off masks because you can feel it working on your skin more than any other type of mask I have yet to try.  Also it gets really firm on your skin and you can literally peel it off!  What could be more fun?

It has a bit of an orange hue going on there.
This applies in gel form and hardens to the point where you can't move your face and it's even hard to talk!  I don't recommend using a peel off mask if you are busy and need to be constantly moving your face around/facial expressions because it could turn for the worse.  The formula smells just like honey, I also got a whiff of medicine as well as weird as that sounds.  Immediately during application I could feel it working on my face concentrating on my cheeks-I'm pretty sure that's the most sensitive part on my skin and not sure whether it's a good thing all of these chemicals are going on my cheeks-and I got a cold tingly feeling for about ten minutes until that went away and it started hardening onto my skin.  After about an hour-you should be taking it off by now-it's fully hardened, I can barely move my face and it's stopped tingling/the affect has gone away.  Another reason why I really love peel off masks is that once you've peeled everything off your skin feels like a babys bottom!  My skin is so smooth and soft! On top of that it did what it hydrated and tightened my skin. All in all great mask, and a lot of fun too!

I love anti-aging masks even though I'm not sure how much it anti-ages me but I just like the thought of saving my youthfulness.
It was a shock because I expected this to be a gel form kind of mask then it turns out to be an opaque cream like color so on immediate thoughts I was like 'okay this is a clay based mask, cool'.  But it wasn't even that.  This is fairly creamy, and goes on like a lotion.
 Could have fooled me really.
Alrighty, so after about 30 seconds of leaving it on I can feel a cooling sensation and it probably won't go away until I wash it off!  This actually has not much of a scent either which I find off because most if not all face masks I've used have had some sort of scent whether I could describe them or not! I actually had a little bit of product left over so they give you plenty to do your face thoroughly, I only applied a thin layer though but it's all you need really anyway.  Over a little bit of time I notice that it is actually hardening as a clay based mask would.
On the aftermaths of this mask I really like the results.  My face feels very smooth and firm.  What I find stands out with this mask is that well if I wasn't pale enough as it is, this mask has made me look 10x more paler how ridiculous is that??? jk #palegirlsrock.  I really like being pale because it gives off a porcelain look.  Overall, I would recommend this mask because the results are pretty satisfactory!

I thought this mask would have some sort of smell to it but actually didn't.  With being my first time trying a clay mask I had also expected it to harden onto my skin when it didn't do that either!  A few surprises here with this one.  For wash off to save mess I just hopped in the shower, that seemed to work well enough.  My results were nothing special in fact I found that it actually made my skin dry.
This is what it looks like straight out of the package.

Yeah it's kind of messy, and I was in the tub relaxing!

Overall, I would repurchase both of the firming masks and pass on the detoxifying one only because I found it did nothing for me.  I really enjoy peel off masks, they're fun to do!
Rather than making three separate posts, I decided to do it all in one go just giving my thoughts and a mini review on each as I use them.
As I've said before on other hair mask reviews, I tend to completely disregard the instructions and leave hair masks in overnight then rinse in the morning.  I find this gives me a much better result than just keeping them in for 10-45 minutes.  As the mask is supposed to go all over the hair, I tend to focus mainly on the ends because that's where it's going to break and be more damaged.

First hair mask I decided to try was the Monoi oil Nourishing Deep Conditioner. The purpose of this hair mask is to moisturize and revitalize any hair type.
This has a very strong coconut smell and I am in love with it I could literally just smell it all day long and not get sick of it.  The texture is thicker than your normal conditioner which makes it good for not dripping all over the place when it's in your hair.
My hair still smells very strongly of coconut even before rinsing the hair mask out the following morning.  Noticing a bit more shine to my hair from this apart from using a regular conditioner, not so much of a shine that really striked my eye though.  With that being said, this monoi oil has made my hair looking pretty smooth and still smells of coconut even after being rinsed off.  The strongest point in this mask would have to be the smell, it is amazing and really sticks!

Argan Oil from Morocco
I was expecting this to have a more Argan smell to it, but was surprised when it smelled a lot like oranges and citron.  I couldn't get a great picture to represent the color but it looked basically like the color of a mushed up banana.  The consistency is just a nice cream-like texture, not too thick not too sloppy.  I used more product from this package than I did the monoi oil hair mask.  The consistency was pretty much the same but I felt as though this has soaked more into my hair.  However, that would make sense as it's supposed to aim dry and damaged hair it should soak in more regardless.
In the morning before taking it out of its bun I had noticed that my roots had dried completely, must have absorbed all of the hair mask.  I also noticed that it kept its citrus smell as well.  It had rinsed off nicely and my hair was pretty smooth.  After my hair had dried there was still a subtle citrus aroma to my hair but only if a person were to be real close to you and practically smelling your hair.  I noticed that my hair was pretty shiny and had a bit of a softness to it.  This didn't do anything spectacular to my hair, just acts as a regular hair mask.  If you enjoy very citrus smells, this is probably the product for you.

The third and final hair mask!  This Macadamia oil mask is directed towards your dry and damaged hair, repairing it.  You can learn more about the Macadamia here.  Despite the image showing more of a creamy color, it is a white color with the smell of vanilla mixed with coconut and the texture of icing, almost good enough to eat! This was the least thick out of all three masks and more of a watered down texture.  I used most of the package for one usage mainly because it smells so good I just couldn't resist.  The remaining part I can use as a regular conditioner.  Uh oh! It seems to has lost its scent only a short few hours after I had put it on.  We will see what it smells like tomorrow when I am rinsing it off.
In the morning I noticed a very mild smell after taking my hair out of the bun.  It rinsed very smoothly with little to no tangles. For immediate results I didn't notice anything really spectacular just my hair being soft and silky as what most hair masks should have as an outcome.  The smell which I was hoping for to be strong, wasn't.. that made me a little sad because initially it smells SO good.  Once my hair had dried and been dry for a few hours, I noticed that it curled and just fell really nicely, it was actually quite impressive.  Too bad I had nowhere to go due to a storm day.

My favorite hair mask out of these I would have to say is the Macadamia Oil hair mask because it reached all of my expectations as well as exceeded them by making my hair look overall really nice and my curls fell exceptionally as well.

What I like about these packages is that you can normally get 2-3 usages out of the products depending on your hair length and thickness.  For me with really long and pretty thick hair, I can squeeze 2 usages from each of them.
