Welcome to our website !
Hi there PYMUO followers! How is everyone doing today?

Today I will be going over my every day skin care routine. It's super easy. It only has two products and two steps. This is excluding SPF which I highly recommend after you wash your face in the morning! But as we all know, that's beauty care 101 so I don't feel like I should mention it.

The very first product I use is coconut oil. Coconut oil is great for many things such as...

  • cracked and dry lips
  • softening the skin
  • cracked and dry feet
  • skins disorders such as psoriasis, acne, and eczema
  • treating minor infections

It is also an AMAZING make up remover! Even with extremely dark makeup I don't have to stand in front of the mirror for very long because it is SO effective and cheap (it even takes off your hard to remove mascara!!!).

The second product I use is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil has anti-fungal properties and helps with...

  • acne, dark spots, and blemishes
  • fungal and bacterial infections
  • minor cuts, wounds, warts, ringworm, insect bites, rashes
  • dandruff
  • healing piercings
  • soothing nickel allergies and other allergic reactions
  • cure for dry skin when mixed with a moisturizer

Be careful not to put it around your eye area as it can be a little overwhelming, and never put tea tree oil by itself on your face unless you are tackling a zit or a pimple.

Also, please do not use a lot of coconut oil. Using excessive amounts of coconut oil will make you break out. What I do is gently swipe my finger into the oil, because I found putting too much will suffocate the skin and we don't want excess oil.

STEP ONE

Apply a dime size amount of coconut oil onto the palm of your hand and rub it into your palm. Rub your hands for one second under warm water, then apply to the face. I like to take my time getting every area of my skin, and even my neck. When you put the coconut oil on it will feel like a slippery film is on your face. This is normal.

STEP TWO

Now rinse your face with warm water. I don't rinse as much as I would with a cleanser, as I want some coconut oil to remain on my face.
Pat your face dry. Put one drop of tea tree oil on your palm and rub together. Pat on the face.

And you are done! That is my skin care routine.
After only a week I noticed a huge difference in the way my face looks after using coconut and tea tree oil. These are the things that I notice most:

  • super soft skin
  • redness in the cheeks are gone
  • no breakouts
  • i look less tired
  • acne scars slowly fading away
  • skin lightening
Play around with the amount of oils needed for your face. Each and every one of us has different skin. I highly recommend this skin care regime, and you can use it on your back, or anywhere else on your body if you have acne! You can also leave out the tea tree oil and just use coconut oil to moisturize your hands, elbows, feet and even really dry hair. Don't be afraid to experiment with coconut oil!
Alright, so first off sorry about the long wait between posts, I've been working a lot and getting ready to move across the country, very busy! Hopefully after the next couple of weeks I'll be able to most more regularly :)

So a couple of weeks ago I came across a promotion code for Smile Sciences teeth whitening kit that would give me 90% off the original price of $299, who could turn that down? With the Canadian exchange plus shipping I think I paid just under $50. I have wanted to whiten my teeth for a while but I have very sensitive teeth and everything I've tried has always left me with achy teeth.

First off! The packaging for the kit is really nice, simple with shiny bits all over it.

Now for all of you animal lovers and vegans out there- Good news, you can use this!

So the kit comes with the whitening gel, two mouth trays, vitamin e swabs, LED light, and the touch up pen!
You have to place the mouth trays in cooled off boiling water and then put in your mouth and form them to your teeth so when you use the gel it gets to all of your teeth! Very easy and simple to do.
(before)

 (After 3 days/uses!)
I've used the kit 3 times, for 30 minutes each time and my results are amazing! The only thing I have to say about this that is kind of negative is the first time I used it, it did irritate my gums a bit and there was a slight burning but it went away after a few minutes and it didn't happen the other two times I used it. Overall very happy and impressed with my results, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for fast results :)

Hey it's Amy! I am FINALLY getting a post written up now that I have my laptop back in working condition. I'll mostly be posting hair, beauty and health/vegan tips and reviews, so let's get started!
I figured I'd do my first post on my hair dye routine/hair care treatment afterwards since my bright hair is usually what people notice first about me!

Normally when I do my hair I don't wait for it to completely fade but I figured for the sake of this post I'd just put up with my faded hair to show the best results for using Manic Panic Ultra violet! I've found for best results always always ALWAYS make sure you wash and condition your hair the day before you plan on dying it. I use Redken All soft shampoo and conditioner to make sure my hair is as healthy as possibly before I damage it with bleach or add any new colour.
What I use:

Manic Panic ultra violet semi permanent hair dye, Manic Panic flash lightening bleach kit (30 developer), plastic gloves and Matrix total results miracle treat lotion spray.

First what you want to do is section your hair, I prefer parting my hair top and bottom that way it's easier leaving the roots for last. (TIP! Always apply dye to roots last as it's the "newest" hair and takes to colour a lot faster than the rest of your hair)

Second step is applying and honestly I don't really have a specific technique, I just lather it until there's no blonde roots left, and then pile my hair on top of my head and just cover it with a bag/shower cap. Now normally most people just leave their dye in for maybe an hour but where this is just a stain and doesn't damage I leave it in for a couple of hours while I do housework.
When I rinse the dye out I always wash out the dye in ice cold water, I try to eliminate losing as much colour as possible. Once the water runs clear then I will apply a little bit of shampoo and conditioner to get out any of the purple residue.
Now my last step is not necessary but if you love your hair as much as I love mine then this step us a must!  Hair care and treatment is so important, especially when you dye it s regularly as I do. I like to use a Matrix leave in lotion spray to my ends to help repair any damage or split ends, it smells like candy and makes your hair sososo soft!  Every couple of touch ups I'll usually leave conditioner in my hair for about an hour and then rinse that out, it really helps keeping your hair as healthy as possible!
And final colour!!! Out of all of the bright colours I've had in my hair this purple is definitely my favourite!

Sorry if I ranted at all but hopefully this helps anyone who is looking to dye their hair bright and fun colours!
