Put Your Make-Up On!

This was my first time trying a massage bar and I'm so happy that I went with the Pearl one.

Can we just start off with saying that Pearl has a very floral yet sweet smell and it's absolutely amazing! Let's just say that if they had this scent in a perfume it would be my signature scent.

 I'm happy that Vanilla Puff has a sealent on it prior to opening.

I use these products when I get out of the shower after being towel dried so there's a little bit of moisture on my skin and I'm still not wet.  There's no need to water your massage bar because if you put just a little bit of pressure onto your skin, it will go on nicely.  Pearl really makes my skin super soft and the eczema on my arms become smooth to the touch.  The smell stays and lingers on for hours even after application.

Because this is a massage bar, it leaves your skin to be oily and sticky as well, so a powder to bring your skin to a matte finish is perfect!  So I use the Vanilla Puff for this purpose.  With using this it will also keep all of the good stuff from Pearl soak in your skin for much longer than without using the powder. Super bonus!

Overall I think these 2 are a superior combination and I probably will never use a massage bar without a powder to finish off, ever.  However, I did find that the Vanilla Puff created a vanilla scent-which I do love-but because Pearl really has a distinct smell, I want to smell like that forever and ever!  Next time I think I might pass on the Vanilla Puff and go for just a regular baby powder of some sort, because that's all you really need.  I just need Pearl along with all the other massage bars in my life forever and ever.
