Raelene's RoseRoseShop Haul!
I got a package in the mail today!!
First off let me start by saying that this package right here is what started this whole blog. Yay! Thank you package.
Allie and I decided to order off of RoseRoseShop because it was cheap, and Allie wanted to try out some Korean beauty products and I was also kind of curious. I have never tried any other than the commercially popular BB Cream, but nothing with Korean brands.
The site navigation is somewhat confusing to go through at first but once you get the hang of it it's fairly easy. They list products at reduced prices, and also have sales on the ALREADY reduced prices. Score!
They also have whole sale bundles, which can range anywhere from $10.00 to over $100.00 depending on the product.
Allie and I mostly got samples.
Few days later it says the same thing.
And a few days later when Allie's package arrives. My package was stuck in limbo for over a week without being updated. I wasn't sure why. I actually should have gotten my package first, because it was shipped out before Allie's, but I had to wait an extra week for mine to arrive even though it was shipped out 2-3 days earlier.
Weird, but whatever. At least I got it, and everything was packaged nicely, and intact.
A shower cap and a cute little poof for the shower!
The Rich Hand Hand & Foot Total Treatment by TheFaceShop has a nice buttery smell to it (not like the actual butter you eat, but if you buy a lot of rich creams, I think you'll know what I'm talking about?). It's nice and creamy, not too thick, and moisturises fairly quickly. I mainly bought this because I have dry feet and don't pay much attention to them. Also, with pole dancing, my feet get pretty rough.
It smells beautifully like blueberries. At first I didn't like it (I forgot what kind I ordered, I think that's why) but after I put it on it grew on me.
I also have this wonderful product called Neostrata that has worked wonders on my acne scars by the way, but I wanted to try something a little different. I'm also running out of it, and my skin is different now since I've gotten rid of my acne.
Bright Eyes Patch. For under eye circles. I'm curious to see how well this works.
Last but not least, my samples they sent me and all the hair masks I bought.
I have read a few RoseRoseShop reviews and it says that if you ask for samples (first picture) they will give you some. I didn't ask for ANY. I think it's just a mandatory thing that they do now because SO many people ask. They gave me a lot of anti-wrinkle creams and SPF's, which I'm thankful for. Like I said, I have acne scars and an enemy of acne scars is sunlight.
I bought Etude House hair mask samples, because I seen a video review and the person who uses them really likes them. Apparently it's great for colour treated hair. I can't wait to try these out. I got them in Avocado Seed, Argan Seed, and Jojoba Seed. You get three packets for around $2.00 and each packet contains a conditioning treatment and a hair serum after you shampoo. I will be reviewing these when the time comes to use them.
So, would I buy from them again? Yes, probably. I think I just had bad luck with shipping, but they're cheap, customer service was pretty decent, and so far I like the products that I'm using.
Let me know in the comments below if you've ever ordered from here!
