Physicians Formula "Casual" Palette
I've seen these palettes for quite some time and thought the packaging was so pretty but figured that it was just a gimmick to buy into the packaging for not so good quality.
So I was in Winners one day and seen this for a decent price of which I can't remember(lol oops) that I decided to pick it up and give it a try.
The colors themselves aren't even that bad either, you could probably make a good eye with this palette easy enough.
My qualms with this palette is that some of the shadows aren't as pigmented as the rest and when you go to swatch them they lose their pigmentation and color. But I suppose you're going to find that in just about any brand or palette you purchase. If you are to use this on a night out or even a day to day basis I would suggest using a primer beforehand to make the colors pop a little bit more, and possibly take it out with you if you're going to be out for any period of time just in case you need to touch up.
At the price that I paid for it the amount of shadows you get is phenomenal, my only concern is the pigmentation because why would you buy a nice color that has no pigmentation?
I actually have 2 blushes I believe from the same brand (Physicians Formula) and I have nothing bad to say about them so I would say that this brand is either a hit or miss, but that is generally what you get when you purchase drug store products.
Would I repurchase this again or even at the regular price? Probably not. But I would highly suggest this palette for youngsters just getting into makeup and practicing.
