Sleek eyeshadow Palette review

Sleek is a makeup brand which originated in the UK.  Famously known for its cheap prices with quality products.
Let's start with the shipping.  I've gotta say, I am thoroughly unimpressed and pretty upset with the way it was handled.   I had ordered this for my birthday on November 17th and opted for the 15 day shipping option.  Shortly after I noticed a 20% discount so I emailed and asked about it and they replied quickly answering all of my questions.  I was satisfied with that encounter.  December 8th had came, it was the 15th business day and dangerously close to the Christmas rush.  Still no Sleek.  I emailed them yet again wondering where my package was.  They asked for my shipping details to track down my package, once that was sorted I was given an answer.

I then replied with:
Got this response:
Followed by a bunch of random coding.  The next 2 days I had gotten similar automatic e-mails from them saying the same thing with more coding.
'failed permanently' ???? WHAT IS THIS?   3 days later and I have yet to receive my items, AND I can't even contact customer service. I am not impressed in the least!
I get yet again another automated response:

Note that this is 1 day shy of a full month without receiving my package.  A few days later it had came, over a month later!
Because of this experience, I don't think I will be ordering sleek from their website again.

Another thing that really disappointed me was that some of the sleek packaging has really cool designs on them.  I thought I ordered 2 of the palettes that had the cool packaging on them.  Garden of Eden being one if not the palette that I had wanted the most, which has the designed package on the actual link.  Received them in just the normal paint splatter package.  The packaging was one of the main selling points for me, it is appealing to my eyes. I know the product is what really counts, but don't advertise that there is a different package and not send it with the purchase.
The back of the packaging has general instructions on how to apply and where, a little blurb on what is inside as well as the ingredients and their website.
The actual palette itself is pretty nice looking, with a black polished case and a shine for the logo, Sleek.  Pretty smart to do it this way in my opinion, it looks sleek.

Garden of Eden has a lot of earthy tones concentrating on greens.  I have been looking for a nice green shade palette for a while and decided to go with this one as there aren't very many green palettes around.  There is a matching sized mirror on the opposite end as well as an application brush.
Sleek shadows come with names, just not attached onto the palette which is one of my pet peeves. Considering the price of this, I figured it wasn't that big of a deal anyway.
I swatched the bottom row for you guys.  From left to right is
Tree of Life
Fauna
Evergreen
Fig
Adam's Apple
Entwined
As you can tell, some of them are a hit and miss.  The ones with lesser pigmentation I would have to say are the Matte finishes.  But that's okay because I was never really a fan of Matte finished anyway.
The top row swatched here and names are
Flora
Forbidden
Python
Paradise on Earth
Eye's Kiss
Gates of Eden
Flora being the only Matte one on the top row actually turned out nice but a little chalky.  With a little bit of blending it can be used as a great brown. I will have to say that Forbidden is actually the least pigmented shadow out of the entire palette!

The second palette I got is Vintage Romance.  Again, it was supposed to come in fancy packaging but didn't.  This palette has a lot of purple colors which are great for a nice smoked out eye, along with some bright brown-gold like colors.

Let's keep with the pattern and start with the bottom row swatches first.  From left to right we have
Love in London
Forever in Florence
Bliss in Barcelona
Honeymoon in Hollywood
Marry in Monte Carlo
A Vow in Venice
Let me just start by wow! just look at the pigmentation this row pulls off.  Am I ever excited to try these out and implement them in my day-to-day routine.  Honeymoon in Hollywood is very chalky, and so pigmented.  A little will certainly go a long way with this color.  Use small amounts and build it up for the best results.

Now for the top row, with more light and bright colors we will start from left to right again
Propose in Prague
Romance in Rome
Lost in LS
Court in Cannes
Meet in Madrid
Pretty in Paris
This top part has almost identical colors to one of my Inglot palettes.

Overall, I really do like the pigmentation of 95% of these shadows so with that alone I would say it is worth the repurchase.  However, with the shipping experience I just don't think it's worth it especially from the Sleek website.  It really says something about their customer service.  Waiting over a month for something that should have been there way sooner is not acceptable. That and, I really wanted the awesome packaging.
If I ever do decide to order Sleek again, I might try a third party website like Amazon or Ebay.
